Jim Fogle may tell you that his greatest assets are an inquiring mind and a very good memory. His clients may tell you that he is a disciplined attorney, perhaps one of the most experienced and effective advocates in the Commonwealth. His colleagues are more likely to describe a motivator, an educator, and the kind of teammate whose presence makes everyone else perform better. Regardless of how Mr. Fogle crossed your path, most people would agree that their lives are better for having known him.
In his youth, he milked a cow and walked two miles to Middleburg Grade School in Casey County. This work ethic, drive, persistence, and humble appreciation for education carries with Mr. Fogle throughout his law practice. Any given day, he provides analysis and advice, answers legal questions, presents continuing education programs, identifies issues and defenses, locates and obtains evidence, develops witnesses, and represents clients to Administrative Law Judges, Workers’ Compensation Boards, and Courts of Appeals and Kentucky Supreme Court.
Jim Fogle does more than advocate for his clients. He humbly educates everyone he meets, in hopes that he can help them grow. He has assisted numbers of claim adjusters understand the law so that they can enjoy successful careers. He continuously educates clients about the legal process, so they can take comfort in understanding what to expect. Mr. Fogle is simply dedicated to improving everyone around him, and takes great pleasure in sharing his knowledge to help his clients, colleagues, and community.
