


Tim Walker is an experienced member of the FKP legal solutions team with a broad legal background encompassing personal injury, commercial litigation, employment law, regulatory and corporate transactional law. Tim advises and defends companies in various industries in cases based on injuries, property damage, allegedly-defective products, and breach of contract.
Regardless of the case, Tim thrives when he is in a position to investigate claims and delve into the technical/scientific aspects of a particular case. With his broad experience, attention to detail, and intense focus on uncovering all facts, he plays an integral role in developing strategies for litigation and negotiation in a wide variety of suits and transactions.
